STEP 1: Downloading CRBcharts software

STEP 2: Installing CRBcharts software

After downloading CRBINST423.exe to your computer, double-click the file to install.

Issue launching PowerPro - MSMASK32.OCX

1. Click here to download MSMASK32.ZIP
2. UnZip MSMASK32.OCX from MSMASK32.ZIP to C:\WINNT\System32 (C:\WINDOWS\System32)
3. Click Start > select Run
4. Type "regsvr32 msmask32.ocx" then click OK
5. You should receive a message "DllRegisterServer in msmask32.ocx succeeded"
